Tasting note
Deep intense cherry red. Very aromatic on the nose. Complex aroma of red berries and roasted aromas. The taste is fresh, well-structured, with rounded tannins. Long aftertaste with red berries and spices.

Vinification
Ageing: 9 months in French oak barrels (300l), then at least a further 6 months in bottle.
