Intense scent on the nose with hints of cassis and elderflowers. These are then complemented in the mouth by aromas of tropical fruits and subtle floral nuances. A harmonious acidity and a long-lasting finish make this Sauvignon an experience.

Sophisticated starters, shrimp cocktail, vitello tonnato, pasta dishes such as carbonara or lasagna, grilled fish, poultry, white meat and almost all types of cheese.
