Tasting note
Named after the historic hamlet of Cusercoli, which was once ruled by the Guidi family, it combines tradition and character. Its deep ruby red heralds a complex bouquet in which juicy red fruits, blackberry jam and fine liquorice notes blend harmoniously. On the palate, it is powerful and concentrated, yet remains elegant and balanced, with silky, well-integrated tannins that provide a smooth structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with stuffed quails, foie gras, roasts, stews and aged cheese.

8-10 months in barriques.
