About the wine
With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Masi masters this red wine in the enchanting and fertile countryside in Veneto. With the powerful Corvina 2015 — Bonacosta Valpolicella Classico DOC, nuances and accents are redefined. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this Corvina with roast or game.
Tasting note
Ruby red with purple reflections. Explosive scent with notes of dark berries and a subtle spiciness. On the palate, a fruity-fresh start, with spicy and intense, berry aromas. A tasty wine with an elegant structure. The aftertaste is aromatic and juicy.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with cold platters, pasta and barbecues.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are fermented in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. The young wine is then aged for twelve to 18 months in large oak barrels and for a further three months in the bottle.
