Tasting note
An absolutely pure and delicately fruity bouquet testifies to the careful work with the delicate base wines. A hint of floral aromas and subtle fruit aromas can be noted. Fresh, elegant, beautifully balanced on the palate, with fine sparkling and creamy carbon dioxide.
Vinification
After careful pressing of the base wines, a batch of wine is sparkling several times a year in a pressure tank, i.e. the second fermentation is carried out. The carbon dioxide comes exclusively from this second fermentation and is by no means artificially added. This process ensures that only very fresh wine is delivered at a time.
