Tasting note
Spumante Rosé Extra Dry 'Bollé' is a sparkling wine using the Charmat method with an easy-to-drink, fresh and delicate profile. Soft on the nose, with notes of wild strawberries, cherries, citrus fruits and rose petals, it reveals an agile, flowing sip of lively freshness, maximum finesse and fine residual sugar.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with an aperitif, accompanied by a platter of spicy local charcuterie.
Vinification
At the end of the harvest, the grapes are pressed very gently, with a brief contact with the skins. The initial must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
