Tasting note
Deep ruby red, broad bouquet with notes of cassis, paprika and fresh herbs, juicy on the palate with structured tannin, long and expansive finish.

Vinification
Maceration time of 50 days. The malolactic fermentation takes place on the mash. Then aged for one year in amphoras and another year in barriques. Microproduction of 2400 bottles.
