Tasting note
Dark berries, herbs and a touch of tobacco in the nose. Powerful and balanced on the palate with fine tannins, good freshness and a long, harmonious finish.

Goes well with hearty meat dishes, game and aged cheese.
Vinification
Each grape variety is fermented separately in 30 hl concrete tanks with only natural yeasts. After contact with mash for about 20 days, aging takes place for 12 to 18 months in French barriques, of which around 40% are new.
