About the wine
An expressive red wine with depth and elegance. The blend of Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc matures in French oak for 12 months and delights with intense aromas of dark fruits, sweet spices and a velvety tannin structure. On the palate, it is balanced and harmonious — a true Bolgheri classic.

Tasting note
Deep ruby red with light purple reflections. On the nose, intense aromas of ripe dark fruits, sweet spices and fine iodine-rich notes. Balanced, harmonious and enveloping on the palate, with a dense, velvety tannin structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with braised beef, rack of lamb, game dishes and mature hard cheese. Also ideal with mushroom risotto, truffle pasta or grilled vegetables with Mediterranean herbs — a versatile companion for fine cuisine.
Vinification
A blend of 50% Merlot, 30% Petit Verdot and 20% Cabernet Franc. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with natural yeasts for around 13 days in untreated concrete tanks. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for around 12 months, followed by 3 months of bottle aging.
