Tasting note
Deep ruby red in the glass. On the nose, aromas of ripe red and black berries develop, accompanied by spicy notes and a touch of leather. On the palate, the wine is fresh and balanced with fine tannins, a pleasant structure and a harmonious, juicy finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta with meat ragout, grilled beef, lamb chops or medium-aged pecorino — ideal with hearty, Tuscan-inspired dishes with Mediterranean herbs.
