Tasting note
Strong ruby red. Complex bouquet of red and black berries, plums, as well as notes of aromatic herbs and roasted aromas. Intensive start on the palate, very well-structured body with fine tannins and juicy, refreshing acidity. The aftertaste is characterized by ripe fruit and subtle woody aromas.
Vinification
The grapes are gently vinified at cool temperatures. The wine is then aged for 9 months in French oak barrels and then in the bottle for 10 months.
