Tasting note
The nose shows a complex bouquet of blackberries, cherries and ripe plums. Finely interwoven, roasted aromas and a fine spiciness come into their own. On the palate, Crianza is complex, dense and with a strong drinking flow. The tannins are present but very fine-grained due to their maturity. The wine ends in a long-lasting finale.
Culinary recommendation
Cyan Crianza is a red wine that goes perfectly with stews, intensely flavored red and white meats, game dishes, legumes, smoked cheese, grilled vegetables, roasts, sausages and smoked meats.
Vinification
Aging for 12 months in French and American barrique barrels.
