Tasting note
Bright lemon yellow color with a touch of green. Intense aromas of white flowers (gardenia, orange blossom), pome fruit (pear, apple) and citrus (lemon). With a soft, silky texture and versatile fruit aromas (citrus and pome fruit) as well as notes of white flowers and minerals. The refreshing acidity is well balanced by the fruity core, with a delicate and persistent finish.

Goes well with fruits de mer, grilled poissons, plats à base de légumes.
