Tasting note
Complex aroma palette, a combination of ripe berries with precious wood, framed by balsamic roasted notes. Full-bodied, velvety, elegant tannins well integrated into the structure of fruit and wood, pleasant acidity, wonderful, long-lasting finish. Deep dark red with purple shimmer and earthy nuances.

Paella, Catalan-style stuffed squid, St. Peter's fish fillet with chorizo, rack of lamb with rosemary, beef fillet with herb butter, Manchego, refined goat cheese.
