Tasting note
Dark purple color Intense and floral bouquet of small black fruits, aromas of vanilla and spices. Full-bodied on the palate with smooth and silky tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lamb, beef, grilled meat, pasta
Vinification
Aged for 24 months in new French and American oak barrels. The production of the 2021 vintage is limited to 5030 bottles, as only selected grapes from the best locations were used for this specialty.
