Tasting note
On the nose, the Bluegray shows persistent aromas of blackberry and cherry and delicate accents of nutmeg and star anise, elegant and well-integrated tannins with notes of dried thyme, which have a long-lasting finish. Born again with a new refreshing label, this vintage shows enormous potential!

Vinification
Planted on terraces of blue slate and quartz soils, known as llicorella, between pine and olive trees, the vines grow near the estate with very low yields to ensure that the grapes arrive in optimal conditions. The grapes were harvested by hand and fermented separately in small barrels for 10 days at temperatures below 28ºC, then aged separately in French oak barrels for 6 months and finally blended.
