About the wine
La Cave de Genève was founded in 1994, lively and resolute with the aim of strengthening quality wine production in the Geneva region. Today, more than 40 quality-oriented winemakers work with the winery. The excellent infrastructure and cellar technology as well as the experienced oenologists have already drawn attention several times. Numerous awards impressively show that wineries not only produce trivial wines and that Cave de Genève has achieved its goal. Youthful enthusiasm - everything here is so bright, so light, so pure, so juicy the bright fruit, flying high, gliding, inspiring, finely woven into harmony the fresh, tart tones in the fruit. On the palate again, that smooth juiciness, nothing dulls here, in the beautiful, soft, bright fruit soft excitement, as if woven into silk, the tart and fresh notes, a mineral touch, earthy tones, a little excitement is part of it, the right spice in all the swarming. Wonderfully light, dreamy, carried. A feel-good wine, so pure, that dispels all worries and doesn't know any!
