About the wine
On the nose, aromas of cedarwood, dark chocolate, cigar box, mint and plum. Ripe berries, cassis and red currants unfold on the palate. The Rhino Run wine line takes a stand against rhino poaching in Africa and supports educational and nature conservation projects with every sale. Inspired by dedicated conservationist Dr. Ian Player, parts of the proceeds from each bottle go to the Player Ntombela Foundation, which is dedicated to protecting rhinos.

Tasting note
The nose shows intense aromas of almond, plum and fresh mint. Ripe berries, cassis and red currants unfold on the palate. The classic cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot is vinified with as little intervention as possible, so that each grape variety can authentically express its typical characteristics.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with grilled meat, pasta with strong sauces, Mediterranean vegetable dishes, mild cheeses or as an accompaniment to tapas and hearty antipasti.
Vinification
The grapes were fermented on the mash for 7 days and then aged in stainless steel tanks. It was then blended before the wine was gently stabilized, filtered and bottled.
