Tasting note
On the nose, a variety of dark fruits, cassis and blackberries, underlined by a delicate spicy note. On the palate, dark wild berries and a mineral-peppery spice, paired with a harmonious acid structure. Present tannins and a strong body with a long finish speak for the high aging potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat with hearty sauces, grilled meat and game fowl, risotto and pasta, as well as hard and soft cheeses.
