Tasting note
Our wine recommendation for game: fruity, minerally ideal for venison schnitzel. Ruby red with a finely spicy nose and sweet blackberry and currant fruit, pleasant mineral notes on the palate with beautifully integrated tannins and a harmonious finish.
Vinification
The Blaufränkisch Goldberg is aged for 18 months in very elegant Tronçais barriques.
