Tasting note
On the nose, intense scent of ripe cherries, dark berries, some mineral notes and a pleasant spiciness, soft and full on the palate, round body, not overwhelming but slightly flowing, again beautiful fruit with subtle cherry and sour cherry fruit aftertaste in the finale.
Culinary recommendation
The best accompaniment to game dishes, beef variations, soft cheeses and spicy pasta dishes.
Vinification
Ageing: 50% in steel barrels and 50% in barrique barrels.
