About the wine
With this dominant Pinot Noir 2013 — Blau & Blau IGT, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Fertile and blooming landscapes of Friuli give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Jermann conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this Pinot Noir with salmon or duck.
Tasting note
The wine has a ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of undergrowth and spices. Elegant and balanced on the palate with a good aftertaste.

Goes well with charcuterie, pork
Vinification
After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged in small French oak barrels for approx. 16 months.
