Fruity, dry white wine with notes of citrus, peach and fennel. | Relatively strong in the mouth (13% volume) with subtle, well-integrated acidity. Fresh and fruity when served. *Malvasía de Sitges is a Slow Food Sponsorship Association (Presidio Slow Food).

Goes well with aperitif, grilled vegetables, fish
Vinification
After alcoholic fermentation, the wine rests on its own fine yeast (sur lie) for eight months.
