Tasting note
Light flat yellow, spicy, gingerbread, almonds, dried fruits, apricot blossoms on the nose. Fullness with a very elegant acid structure. The vines of the autochthonous variety Terret Blanc are over 110 years old. They give the wine its bite, the grenache provides the fullness. A great, independent white man of great class.
