About the wine
We have a special, dominant Chardonnay from 2016 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. This Chardonnay draws its strength and energy from the loamy, shale soils in Burgundy. The winemaker from the French winery Moillard-Grivot transforms it into a real treat with great sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this Chardonnay with asparagus or poultry.

Tasting note
Color: Delicate, bright, shiny lemon yellow with a youthful grey-green glow. Aromatics: Ripe, fruity, medium-bodied bouquet, slightly citric, hint of exotic notes, yellow stone fruits, finely balsamic with spicy, roasted accent, delicately nutty. Body: Elegant, clear, fresh palate with distinct vanilla notes, balanced, well-integrated acidity, present minerality, finely tart. Quality: Fine-grained 'mount feel', still young.

Goes well with monkfish, classic roast veal, venison schnitzel.
