About the wine
The rich “Blanc de Viognier” from calcareous soils smells of ripe apricots and lychees, but at the same time also shows floral-herbal notes. On the palate, it impresses with its fresh, powerful nature, the acidity is finely and interwoven in in an exemplary manner. Nice aftertaste with an exotic fruit sweetness.

Tasting note
Bright and brilliant color, pale straw yellow. On the nose, very delicate aromas of white flowers and fruits. The notes of white peaches and pears dominate the aroma. Fresh, mineral and light on the palate. A very great Viognier!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with an aperitif, with oysters, asparagus or even goat cheese.
Vinification
The grapes, picked entirely by hand, are vinified at a cool temperature (12°C).
