Tasting note
Color: light yellow with salmon-colored reflections; bouquet: aromas of red fruits and white-fleshed fruits; palate: Nice balance between the natural freshness of the wine and the more pronounced structure of Pinot Noir

Vinification
Angaben über Vinifizierung: Nach einem langsamen, sanften Pressen vollzieht sich die Gärung während einigen Tagen bei relativ niedrigen Temperaturen. So wird ein Maximum an Fülle gewonnen, aber Finesse und das sortentypische Bukett beibehalten. Ausbau in Edelstahltanks.
