Tasting note
Pale yellow color, pink shimmer. Notes of juicy apples and melon on the open nose, followed by white flowers. A magnificent fruit aroma is revealed on the palate, now also citrus notes and white currants, of fine perlage; the pleasant fruiting is combined with the subtle freshness; aromatic persisting until the harmonious finish.
Culinary recommendation
Wonderful as an aperitif with small bites, such as ham croissants or quiche Lorraine, but also as an accompaniment to smoked fish, light pasta and rice dishes and white poultry.
