Tasting note
The Blanc de Blancs is pleasantly fresh with aromas of ripe apples and pears, almonds and brioche notes, and some toasted white bread. On the palate, with a fine perlage and subtle aromas of white flowers and delicate yeast notes on a persistent finish.
Vinification
Chardonnay grapes are harvested carefully and manually. The first fermentation in multi-year barrels is followed by traditional bottle fermentation with yeast storage of 25 months.
