About the wine
The winery can look back on an eventful history. But it wasn't until Jens Reidel and Christine Dinse took over the estate in 2009, made Karsten Peter cellar master and turned everything upside down, that they resumed the glamorous times of the 1960s to 1980s. Gut Hermannsberg only owns large plants and there is hardly a winery in Germany that has such an abundance and variety of top locations. Even the entry-level Riesling shows unequivocally that this potential is being fully exploited. This is no longer a secret and Gut Hermannsberg is overwhelmed with lots of praise, points and awards.

Tasting note
Delicate scent of apricot, pear and white flowers - slightly lively, fragrant and with great elegance that's how this new addition presents itself. On the palate, Blanc de Blancs enchants with a creamy texture and intense, fine fruit aromas of apricot and peach. The taste is long-lasting and refreshing. A beautiful perlage ensures drinking pleasure.

Vinification
The grapes of our Blanc de Blanc come from various vineyards. The varietal wines are blended together before bottling in order to work out the respective strengths. Only grapes from our own vineyards, which come 100% from large sites, are used.
