Tasting note
Straw yellow, with fine and persistent perlage. Delicate, fruity bouquet. Fresh and pleasant on the palate.

Vinification
Must obtained by gently pressing the grapes. The subsequent fermentation of the clear must takes place at a controlled temperature and with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Second fermentation using the Charmat method.
