Tasting note
Color: Clear straw yellow with slight greyish-green reflections. Aromas: Complex, fresh & fruity: Blanc de Blanc shines with aromas of fresh apple wedges, caramel and white flowers. Floral notes and roasted aromas are also present. Body: A strong body with a long start and an equally long finish. The dry, sparkling champagne offers citric and floral notes, combined with roasted aromas. A distinctive acidity and present minerality round off the sparkling wine. Quality: The complex wine offers an exciting drinking experience with a strong perlage.
