Tasting note
Pale yellow with green reflections. Flavours of brioche and rolls, characteristics of 24-month aging in the bottle. Attractive, fresh aromas reminiscent of lemon, citrus, green apple and pear. The finesse of Vidian meets the intensity and minerality of Katafyto. The result is a sparkling wine with a cool and elegant mouthfeel and a long fruity finish.
Vinification
Traditional method of sparkling wine production, in which the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, where the wine stays in contact with its yeasts for at least 24 months.
