About the wine
With the mild Viognier 2011 — Blanc Condrieu AOC, nuances and accents are redefined. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Pichon grows this wine in the Côtes du Rhône countryside. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This viognier is ideal to serve with fondue or roasted poultry with lemon sauce.

Color: Fine lemon yellow with golden reflections. Aromatics: Aromatic nose, fruity of tangerines, peaches and mango, floral notes of violets and nuances of honey. Body: Harmonious start, medium-strong body, mineral on the palate, fine sweetness/acid balance, fine-rich aromatic finish. Quality: Full-bodied and rich Condrieu.
