This fresh sparkling wine is available exclusively from us and is perfect for an aperitif or as an accompaniment to starters and summer BBQs. Straightforward, lively and wonderfully easy to drink on the palate, the perlage is pleasantly fine, and thanks to the crunchy sourness, this sparkling wine immediately makes you want the next sip. A very tasty sparkling wine for many occasions and with a brilliant pleasure-price/price ratio.

Vinification
The base wines were aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness; traditional bottle fermentation with 24 months yeast storage. Dosage 3 g/l.
