Tasting note
Fruit aromas are the prelude to the nose: ripe apple, pear, gooseberry and tropical fruits. This sensory impression is complemented by notes of honey, flint and flowers. On the palate, this cava, which was produced using the traditional method, is refreshing, sparkling and fruity. It is a classic, balanced cava that provides refreshing drinking pleasure and a lot of zest for life.

Vinification
This crunchy cava ages much longer in the bottle (método tradicional) than the rules of appellation dictate: over 20 months. The extended maturation promotes the development of aromas and supports the richness of the flavors of the wines.
