Tasting note
The flagship of the Californian Penfolds range. Quantum is a wine in the world that represents a bold alliance of blends. The sweet notes on the nose show off as aromas of bitter chocolate and hazelnut praline. The wine is intense and concentrated, but in the middle part of the palate it is light-footed, which is very interesting with all the intense fruit.
Vinification
Aging for 16 months in French (20% new) and American oak barrels (80% new)
