Die Vinifikation fand wie folgt statt: Ein Blend von Trauben aus mehreren Regionen. Der Bin 707 ist der Grange unter den Cabernet Sauvignons und will weiterhin seinen Ruf als internationalen Massstab für australische Cabernet Sauvignons aufrechterhalten. Sorgfältig auserlesene reife, intensiv aromatische Trauben und vollständige Fermentation und Reifung während 17 Monaten in Barriques aus 100% neuer amerikanischer Eiche zeichnen die Qualität dieses Weines aus.
