Bin 51 combines many of the characteristics of Eden Valley. The region's altitude and cool climate produce a Riesling with great finesse and elegance, which is suitable for long storage. Eden Valley, a sub-region of the Barossa Valley, is known for producing world-class Riesling. Discover Eden Valley's typical aromas of orange blossoms and freshly diced Pink Lady apples with this vintage. On the palate, tempting aromas of blood oranges, passion fruits and limes develop, which are balanced by natural, spicy citric acid.
