Tasting note
A blend of Shiraz and Mataro grape varieties. The latter, known in Europe as Monastrell or Mourvèdre, is grown in Australia only in sun-drenched wine regions and for blending wines. As a result, the wine remains a rarity and enjoys great popularity. Mediterranean herbal and spicy notes that blend with exotic red fruits such as fragrant pomegranate seeds and cranberries.

Goes well with stews, Swiss cuisine, vegetables and spicy cheese.
Vinification
Bin 2 is aged for around 8 months in used French and American oak barriques.
