Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled or braised meats such as beef, lamb or game. It complements wonderfully strong stews, as well as ripe cheeses such as Manchego or aged gouda. It is also a good choice for dishes with mushrooms or Mediterranean dishes with herbs and tomatoes.
