Tasting note
Color: Clear lemon yellow with green reflections. Aroma: Fresh fruity aromas of citrus fruits, tangerines, peaches and white pome fruit, notes of fresh herbs round off the nose. Body: A long, soft start is followed by a presence of acidity, salty tension and minerality, as well as elegant aromas of peach and herbs. Quality: An elegant dry white wine with fine aromas.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with fish and poultry, rice and noodle dishes. But also a wonderful aperitif.
