Tasting note
Color: Clear lemon yellow with green reflections. Aroma: Ripen-fruity aromas of quince jelly on the nose, fresh-fruity of lemon and raspberry with notes of brioche and flint, slightly animalistic. Body: Long start, well-integrated tannins, present acidity and exotic and herbaceous aromas, slightly warming, long-lasting finish with mineral notes. Quality: A full-bodied, fruity and uncomplicated wine that is fun.

It goes well with an aperitif with mild cheese, fish and seafood.
