Tasting note
The Galtzada vineyard has a name to show ripe and rich garnacha. With a ripe fruit profile, but also a balancing freshness from the high altitude (600 m) on which these vines grow. What makes this wine special is that it is almost impossible to find a 100% Garnacha vineyard of this age anywhere in Rioja. The richness of the wine is intertwined with ripe red fruits, firm and structured tannins, but it is the overall roundness that makes this wine. In addition, this wine is all about concentration.
Vinification
Aging in stainless steel, concrete and used oak barrels and barrels for 2-3 years.
