Tasting note
On the nose, a mix of citrus fruits, apple, floral aromas and Mediterranean herbs. Light on the palate on the one hand, and gripping on the other hand thanks to the strong acidity and lots of minerality.
Culinary recommendation
Great for aperitifs and fish and seafood dishes and pasta with creamy sauce.

Manual harvest, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, aging partly in steel tanks and partly in large wooden barrels
