About the wine
The aim of Integrale is to upgrade these autochthonous grapes, which are typical of the area, and to make something beautiful out of them. Tasting note
Veiled straw yellow color. Aroma of fresh pears, lemons and cider. Light and crisp in the mouth, with a light sparkling wine and a fruity, fresh and simple taste.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with sashimi, cream cheese and fish soup.
Vinification
Bottle fermentation, unfiltered. Harvest by hand in the first decade of September.
