About the wine
After his life as a wine merchant in New York, Andrea Franchetti first founded the Tenuta di Trinoro winery in southeastern Tuscany - others such as Passopisciaro and Sancaba were to follow. Tenuta di Trinoro was already a huge success - even though no wine had been planted here before! The locals initially shook their heads, and the critics soon applauded. The vines are now over 25 years old and the wines have an excellent reputation - elegant and erotic wines with style and strength that seduce young and mature with dignity! The cultivation follows organic principles without artificial fertilizers and herbicides. World-class!

Tasting note
A crispy, crunchy wine, mineral and citric at the same time, it also shows a certain warmth on the palate with aromas of pink grapefruit, pear, apple wedges and quince as well as a touch of nutty spice. An elegant fruity white wine of which there are only 1,700 bottles.

Vinification
Selective reading by hand. Fermentation in steel tanks, aging in cement tanks and in steel tanks, bottled when the moon wanes.
