Tasting note
An original white wine, stylistically inspired by the wines of the Loire, with fresh and floral scents, but above all with an exceptional and luscious acidity, which allows it to still be at its best even after 7-8 years.
Vinification
Fermentation in steel tanks approx. 18-20 days, aging in cement barrels with fine yeast for 6 months.
