Tasting note
Color: Brilliant light gold with iridescent green reflections. Aromatics: Intense floral notes, fragrant bouquet of white peach, Williamine and banana, peppery and spicy, delicate honey notes in the finish. Body: Long start, chubby palate, subtle minerals, present, fresh-fruity note of Williamine pear. Quality: Dry developed middleweight.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light, summer starters, fried fish, pasta with creamy sauce.
