With the dominant Chardonnay 2016 — Bianco Dell'Umbria IGT "Brezza" Fattoria del Pometo, you can offer your guests something very special. Fertile and blooming landscapes in Umbria give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Lungarotti conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Chardonnay is very good to serve with soft cheese or poultry.

Tasting note
Color: Brilliant lemon yellow of medium density color with delicate green reflections. Aromatics: Fragrant, fresh-fruity nose of pear compote, pineapple and bananas, nice spice, as a counterpoint are the slightly vegetal notes of undergrowth, surprising mineral touch. Body: Lively start, present, fresh with distinctive minerality, present palate aromas. Quality: Aromatic drinking experience, fresh and light.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with very light summer starters such as melon with ham, an aperitif on the sun terrace or in the garden.
